Because of that, I have developed a less intrusive FREE home evaluation for you, your family and friends. I also provide the full service FREE home evaluation so you decide what works best for you. Basically the way a traditional home evaluation works is:
1. I take your address, look up past sales, comparables, location etc., then I put a number together based on that information.
2. I would then come and view the home, and tweak the numbers to fit what I'm actually seeing. For example maybe you have put in a new kitchen, flooring, added a shop, etc.
What I am offering people is the first part in video form which would give you a basic starting price point. That way you will have some basic numbers to work with and if you decide you want to take it a step further I'd be more than happy to stop by and view your home in person.
This video shows a small portion of what that home evaluation would look like. A full video would be longer with much more information provided. The Guarantee I provide with this service is the fact that I will NEVER solicit you in any way. After I have provided you with the video it is up to you whether you would like more of my help or not.
