  I love businesses that do things right.  It really could be stated as a fundamental truth; consumers love businesses that do things right.  Well, my friends, Restaurant 62 does things right.  This is my favourite restaurant in Abbotsford, hands down, and let me tell you why.  For starters the service is alway fantastic.  You never feel like your server is run off their feet.  They have time for your questions, and more importantly usually know the answer.  The food is unbelievable.  Executive Chef Jeff Massey and co-owner combines some of the most interesting ingredients, that on paper may not seem like they would work together, yet unleash a symphony of flavour in your mouth.  If I could sway you in any direction I highly recommend the braised beef - mmmmm - my mouth is actually watering a bit as I write this.
  A great feature of this restaurant is the ability to host a private party in the back room.  I held my wife's birthday party there with 16 of our friends and were treated like royalty.  Co-owner Eric Ferris who is also the restaurants sommelier - which in layman's terms means he's the wine guy - put together a wine pairing for us that was incredible.  I have never experience the enhancement, properly paired wine can make, to the flavour of food.  Wow, what a difference.
  The 3rd co-owner is Alicia Bodaly who is also the restaurants General Manager.  Alicia is exquisite.  If there is something you need, she will surpass your expectations.  Alicia takes care of my client appreciation dinners, and manages the day to day operations of the restaurant.
  If you are looking for a great restaurant for a date night, or group function or whatever - Restaurant 62 should be top of your list.  I'll put their information below so you can find them.
