  It's finally out!  The brand new REALTOR.ca app for iPhone, Blackberry and Windows Mobile.  I've been playing with it a bit today and it's a pretty slick program.  I actually like it better than the traditional website - quick and easy interface.  On the main page you can look for properties near where you are, new listings near where you are and even open houses near where you are (open houses may not be very accurate, just because of the way the system works).  Also search by MLS number which will take you directly to that listing without searching tons of homes.  Finally there is the traditional property search, REALTOR® search and the ability to save your favorite agent *hint* Kyle Hislop is pretty awesome!
  The mapping feature is very accurate.  Standing outside a listing, you can zoom the map into your location and get all the information instantly on your phone.  Even better, the REALTOR's® phone number can be easily dialled directly from the site.  No more driving around writing down addresses to check out when you get back to your home computer.  Instant information.  
  Finally, accurate information, which only comes from REALTOR.ca.  No other real estate website puts together the same quality information.
