Chilliwack real estate

kylehislopremax.comHey everyone.  Among all the features I provide my clients I take a lot of pride in my online presence.  Aside from the usual, Facebook, Twitter, Kijiji, Craiglist, Flickr, YouTube I focus a lot of my energy on my three websites.  Many REALTORS® don't even use websites, which is crazy, and most only have one.  I use three because, obviously three is better than one :)  I'll put the links below to view the different sites.kylehislop.com
My goal is that whenever there is a potential buyer looking for property on the web they will come across one of my websites and in turn your property.  They all provide similar information, but in different ways and really the plan is exposure.  In today's market more than 90% of buyers start their search online, so make sure you pick an agent with awesome online presence.  I could tell tons of stories of how being online has helped my clients.  I once had people from Whistler fall in love with the pictures of a property I had listed, came down one weekend just to look around and ended up buying it.
Paper advertising is going to be gone pretty soon, so why do so many agents still use it?  Because it's simple and it provides tons of exposure for THEMSELVES.  I don't need to sell ME, I need to sell your home.  Paper advertising takes no effort.  Send in your pictures and text to the paper and they do the rest.  Online presence takes way more effort, dedication and can't be bought overnight.

wackrealestate.comCurrently I average 1300 hits per month on this website and about 600-700 hits each month on my other ones (this one's been around longer, and is my dominate site).  That's a lot of people coming to view your property, and selling property is all about exposure.
So take some time to view my sites and remember when you are ready to sell and are interviewing different agent (me included of course) be sure to ask them about their online presence.
