  I don't do a lot of open houses but this weekend I am.  I have one this afternoon (Saturday May, 28th) between 1-3 at #79-5700 Jinkerson.  This is a rancher with full walkout basement in the Thom Creek Ranch gated community.  This unit however is outside the complex gates up at the very top.  It has incredible views, a huge 6000sqft lot and is in mint condition.  These properties have never come up for re-sale before.  Best part is it is bare land strata, which means you own your own lot.  Priced at $449,000 come take a look.
  
Directions:  Go up Prest Rd. turn left on Jinkerson...don't drive up to the complex but rather continue on Jinkerson and turn right on Thom Creek.  At the top of the hill turn right again and the rancher is the last one on the right. 

  Tomorrow, (Sunday May 29th) I am doing an open house for another rancher out in Rosedale, BC.  This rancher is located at 10044 Parkwood Drive, an absolutely gorgeous street with incredible mountain views.  On an over 1/4 acre lot there is tons of room for RV's, boats...pretty much anything you can think of.  The rancher is 1700 sqft, with a 2 year old roof and is move in ready.

Directions:  Take highway 1 to the Agassiz bridge exit, take the round-about left on Yale, then left again on Parkwood.  This listing is on the left hand side of the road.  See ya there.
