Cafe Du Monde - Day 16 of 30 day photo challenge
There is a restaurant in New Orleans that serves Cafe Du Monde coffee and some fried stuff with icing sugar all over it. Good times! The restaurant never closes - 24/7 - and is amazing. I purchased a can of the coffee to bring home and thus made it tonight. It's pretty simple - brew coffee - steam some milk - pour equal parts coffee to milk in cup - drink. My wife didn't like it but I think it tastes exactly the same as that restaurant in New Orleans - yummmm!!Cheers,
