This is not a fun topic to talk about and it seems writing about it as a REALTOR®, who's main job is promoting a positive city image, feels a bit strange. However it's a topic that needs to be discussed because as citizens we need to take a little more responsibility in our neighbourhoods.
I just added new pictures under my MLS pics gone WRONG! These were actually used pictures that were posted on REALTOR.ca to help market a home. I vow to all my current clients and future ones...I will NEVER take pictures like these. Only the best make it onto my website :)
