When looking for a Realtor to sell your home there should be lots of questions that come to mind. Does this person have the ability to sell my home? What resources does this person have? Does this person provide better value than someone else? To help answer some of those, and other questions let me start by saying this. Not every Realtor is the same. Not every Realtor knows how to market your home in the best possible way.
I do all the regular advertising that every other Realtor does. Paper, signs, emails etc. However I also add the element of incredible online exposure. My website has video tours, that take clients right through your home. This cuts down on the amount of annoying showings that you need. It also help pre-qualify clients before they've even stepped through the front door. I also have google mapping so people, not familuar with the area, can find your home. I use YouTube and Vidder to get your video's seen. I only use the best pictures to display your home. How many times do you go to a Realtor website only to have no idea what the pictures are for and even why they are there? My pictures are mint, great quality and help showcase your home in the best possible way. I use a little music on my site, which can be turned off if need be, to set the mood and trigger another sense that can help remind people of your home. This plus my advertising on Facebook, craigslist and all the other little things I do should help make your decision of finding a Realtor that much easier.
