Chilliwack Real Estate 2009
We had our Chilliwack Real Estate Board meeting yesterday morning and WOW did we have a good June. Prices of homes are not increasing but they are no longer going down either. A lot of new buyers are coming into the market, taking advantage of the low interest rates and also the lower house prices. July's numbers are staying strong and hopefully will continue through the summer. Typically August is a slow month, but who know's, 2009 is a different sort of year.
