I've heard from a lot of my clients that people are nervous about calling a Realtor about what a possible price for their home would be. Some are worried about wasting the Realtors time if they are not sure about selling right away. Some are not comfortable calling someone they don't know out of the blue. So if you are one of these people I would encourage you to send me an email with simply your mailing address. I will put together a market analysis of your home and send it to you in the mail. Because I have not seen the home it won't be a specific number but will give you an idea of what your home is worth. This way you have some information, no one has to visit your home until you are ready, and you never have to worry about annoying follow-up phone calls because I won't do that.
