Condominium : Sold Sept. 2008 - 19 Sold Sept. 2007 - 21
Houses W/Acreage : Sold Sept. 2008 - 5 : Sold Sept. 2007 - 9
Farms : Sold Sept. 2008 - 0 : Sold Sept. 2007 - 2
This is just a snapshot of the most common sold properties. Some exclusions are Mobile Homes, Vacant Land, Multi-Family etc.
Grand Total : Sold Sept. 2008 - 163 : Sold Sept. 2007 - 235
Total Decrease : %31
Current Listings : As of Sept. 2008 - 2,503 : As of Sept. 2007 - 1,698
Total Increase : %32
Total sales have decreased however total inventory has increased, thus creating a buyers market.
The most active price range was between 300K - 400K.
