One of the most misunderstood property types are our Chilliwack townhouses. I can't tell you how many times a client has told me they have no desire in purchasing a townhouse, then, after seeing what we have to offer...buy a townhouse. When I first moved here the Chilliwack condo market was in dire need of new product. Most of the selection was pretty old and outdated. At present, we can confidently say that we can provide a condo that will meet all your needs. From the 2 floor penthouses to the compact bachelor suites there is finally a great selection to choose from for any price range.
We have a variety of mobiles in Chilliwack. At the higher end we have Baker Trails which is the only park that is a bare land strata. That means you own your own land and the monthly strata fee is kept very reasonable. However, we also have many parks on leased land which help keep the initial purchasing cost down. Chilliwack mobiles are a great idea if you are looking for a little more freedom, some land of your own and a community feel.
Surprise - Surprise - Chilliwack has farms! We have all types of farms - corn, dairy, cranberries, hobby, etc. If you are looking for a parcel of land to get your farm on, I can definitely find you something.
Unlike a lot of our other neighbours in the valley - Chilliwack leased land properties are bountiful. I know that in the past the term "leased land" has confused or even scared many people. But here in Chilliwack we work with it every day. Our leased land properties are really no different than any other free hold projects but it does take a little more education and time to understand how they work.
